Our Automation experts study client’s present and future automation requirements and design suitable system architecture. When a readymade enquiry is received, we study and suggest improvements based on our long experience in this field. Our emphasis to utilize the latest advancements in technology and provide cost effective and reliable solutions. The objectives of the system and the deliverables are clearly defined. Once this is frozen, detailed bill of material is worked out. Next step is to design the panels, prepare panel GA diagrams and wiring diagrams. After approval of these drawings by the client or their consultant, panel manufacturing is taken up. We use Rittal or equivalent make high quality panels. We use high quality components such as the DC Regulated power supplies, relay cards, safety barriers, PVC ducts, wiring, connectors, fan, filters etc. inside the panels. Mounting of components, wiring, testing and FAT is carried out in a state-of-the-art, ISO 9001 certified panel integration facility in Navi Mumbai. Application software development in the PAC, SCADA or DCS is carried out at our office in Thane by Schneider Electric certified engineers. Our effort is offer a combined hardware and software FAT. The servers, workstations, networking hardware is supplied along with the system. However, when sufficient inputs for software development are not available from the client, hardware FAT is carried out first and software FAT is carried out subsequently at our office. The panels are properly packed before dispatching.
On receipt and installation of panels at the project site and completion of field instrumentation wiring, we send our engineer(s) for loop checking and commissioning. We also provide both on-line and off-line training on operation and maintenance to the concerned personnel as per the agreed terms. Our engineer assists during the logic testing, water trials and plant commissioning. In many cases, post commissioning support is provided till the operating personnel are fully conversant with the system and are able to carry out the operation confidently. Further support is provided by our Customer Support team as and when required in the form of telephone support, remote support or visit by our service engineer. We also offer AMCs, which include quarterly visit by our engineer for system check-up and preventive maintenance. In case of an emergency, our engineer is rushed to the site within 24 hours or as per the timeline agreement.
